Age Requirement

Tattoo services are available to persons aged 18 and over only. Minors may not book services without written parental or legal guardian consent.

Health & Medical Responsibility

Tattooing may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have diabetes, or certain skin conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring no medical condition prevents tattooing. Shiroshi Ink is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

Cancellation & Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once the tattoo session has begun. Cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed appointment may incur a fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Intellectual Property

All tattoo artwork, designs, and portfolio images are the property of Shiroshi Ink and protected by copyright. Commercial use without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Shiroshi Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Changes to Terms

Shiroshi Ink reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
